727 Collins Street (Tower 2) will set the standard for commercial office space in the Melbourne CBD.
The 38-storey office tower is the second of 5 towers in total that are planned for the new commercial precinct. It will be recognised as Grade A quality office space and has been designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design.
The project scope included 6,880 total fittings across 23 floors scheduled for 11 separate deliveries over a 7 month period. On this project there were zero product failures and zero zero late deliveries or short delivered orders!
