Situation
This 23,275sqm building will provide office space that will accommodate up to 2000 public sector workers, with the government taking out a 12yr lease agreement for levels 2-13. Providing a modular lighting solution across 15 floors that are simple and easy to install and manufactured locally to prevent set back.
Task
Deliver more than 3,000 DALI light fittings to 15 floors as general lighting in the office building.
Action
Using a combination of WBC 3PIN and 5PIN modular loom solutions for effective results across the project scope. All lighting is pre-tested, and all orders sent to site in a timely matter.
Result
MyModular provided detailed markups and drawings, complete with a bill with the needed materials per floor. Provided 3PIN and 5PIN WBC modular lighting loom solutions that were supplied as general lighting throughout the 15 office floors. Because products were manufactured locally, they were supplied to the site within 2-4 weeks of receiving the purchase order.
