“The solution was implemented for two reasons: Maintenance efficiency for the client, and project programme risk mitigation. We have assessed a saving during the 1st and 2nd fix stages of 35-40%. It is my honest opinion that the complete solution installed on the Oval Hotel assisted Nilsen in mitigating its time risk at the end of the project.
The team was readily available to answer calls, come to impromptu meetings and manufacture bespoke leads required at short notice. There is something to be said for having a local manufacturer with stock. The convenience of ringing the PM in the morning for 10 leads and having them ready within a day or two allows the job to keep moving, and your resources to remain productive.”
Michael Hodby – Project Manager – Nilsen Australia
